What happens after you reach out

You hear back from Tamarah directly, not from an assistant or a call center. The first conversation is short and there is no pressure attached to it. She learns about your home, your timeline, and what you are hoping to change, and you get a sense of how she works. If it is a fit, she maps out the next step from there, whether that is a consultation, a full project, or a plan for getting a home ready for the market.

What to have ready

Nothing formal is required. It helps to have a rough sense of which rooms you are thinking about, when you would like the work done, and any photos of the space, but none of that is necessary for a first conversation. If you are selling, knowing roughly when you want to list is useful.
