NEW BUILD DESIGN
Our New Build Service is tailored for clients building a custom or semi-custom home who want every detail to feel considered – not pieced together..
This interior design service takes you through the entire process of visualizing each and every one of your rooms, selecting all finishes and materials, drawing all technical and to-scale drawings for a builder and subcontractors to follow, and also creating detailed specification sheets to go with the designs. It includes multiple presentations where we lay out all materials, elevational drawings, and 3D artistic renderings so you can truly visualize your new home.
The process is done over a few months in a scheduled set of meetings with the end product being your dream home.
FULL REMODEL
Reimagining your home with intention. Whether updating a kitchen, primary suite, or entire main floor we help transform your existing home into a space that feels more functional, refined, and aligned with your lifestyle. We focus on creating a clear plan before construction begins.

FURNITURE & FURNISHINGS
For a new build home or an existing home needing a transformation, whether it’s one room or the entire house, we are here to help you with furniture and furnishing design. Just like our other services, we provide an organized and personalized process to relieve the stress of selecting, ordering, and placing furniture.
During the design process, we provide a conceptual phase to gather inspiration, establish a color palette and agree on the investment estimate. Then we move into the detailed design phase where we make all the final decisions on furniture, fabrics, and finishes in a series of presentations using storyboards, 3D renderings, and a detailed proposal to help you visualize each item in your space.
